The Reunion


R&R Promotions brings back another night of knockouts on March 14th titled the Reunion. The Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati will host the Massacre as the next generation of fighters brings the hard hitting boxing action.
Dyah Davis (13-1- 7ko’s) faces Anatolly Dudchenko for six rounds of light heavyweight action. Cincinnati middleweight Dante Craig 17(13)-8-7 will be fighting in six rounds of hard hitting boxing. If you missed the pro debuts in 2008 of names such as Brandon Bennett, Adrien Broner, William Action Jackson, Tony Walker, and Haasan Murph, then you missed some awesome first round knockout action. Catch these undefeated fighters on February 14th on their way up the ranks as they continue to dominate their opponents around the ring. If you were lucky enough to be in the audience to witness the aggression from these young fighters than you know that they are destined for greatness.
Don’t miss the chance to see Team USA from the 2008 Olympics. The amateur card features, Featherweight Olympian Raynell Williams, Super Heavyweight Michael Hunter, and two time Olympian Rau’ Shee Warren. Witness the combination of power and speed from Cincinnati Amateur sensation Danny Calhoun.
With a successful Cincinnati businessman turned boxing Promoter Andrew Williams became the new face of Boxing in the City of Cincinnati and brought back Professional boxing to this great city once again. R&R Promotions and Denise Dubose LaGuidice from On the Go International continued to bring Quality talent to the local boxing community. Former Heavyweight Champion Lamon Brewster fought in Cincinnati in 2008 with Former Cruiserweight Champion Ravea Springs on the undercard. The August 30th fight was a joint promotion between Brewster’s company Relentless Promotions and Andrew Williams R&R Promotions.
A boxer that headlined the boxing cards during 2008 is a name that is no stranger to the City of Cincinnati; Aaron Pryor JR. Pryor JR. made his hometown Pro Debut in front of his large local fan base. Pryor is trained by the legendary Hall of Fame Manager and Trainer Emanuel Steward. Aaron Pryor Jr. is the son of Hall of Fame Boxer and former WBA/IBF Light Welterweight Champion Aaron (The Hawk) Pryor.
Cincinnati has produced some great boxers throughout the years going all the way back to the legendary Heavyweight Champion (The Cincinnati Cobra) Ezzard Charles.
